Proposed area is located within flood zones with further risk of flooding and impacting critical road infrastructure A46 and M40 motorway network. Current road infrastructure (Henley Road) not suitable for further increased volumes of traffic. Increased congestion caused by rat run traffic through Chase, Hampton Road and Henley Road and the B4463 from the A46.
