Difficult vehicle access as stand alone site significant road infrastructure required. Site located within surface water flood area. Increased volume of traffic - existing road infrastructure coupled with the other proposed development areas is inadequate to support increased volume of vehicles. Increased traffic congestion due to single access traffic light controlled road beneath railway bridge. Increased traffic congestion and volume through rat run routes of hampton magna village and hampton on the hill, Hampton and Henley Roads. Existing infrastructure of GP and primary schools not sufficient to accommodate further population.
