Against 6700 house in the middle of open countryside, with only B3400 as existing infrastructure. Traffic from potentially 30000 extra people would add to Birmingham Rd congestion and difficulties at Featherbed lane and Gospel Oak lane junctions.
Stations at Wilmcote and Bearley already have insufficient parking.
Facilities in the surrounding area, i.e., schools, parking, medical, sports and social are already overcrowded. Developments of this size need to be part of town, not satellite communities infringing on the rural environment.
