Given HS2 will mark a significant change in context to this part of SW, this location is, in reality, part of Coventry. HS2 forms a spatial boundary and the townscape chararcter alters. Development potential should be maximised; however how would a strategic allocation fit with the recently adopted Warwick Univ SPD?
