Bearley not suitable for development:
-no suitable connection to Stratford, Henley, motorway;
-single lane railway NOK for commuting;
-proposed plots inside the village or close to village are having single lane;
-archaeological sensitivity area on some plots , ancient/roman fort just discovered on plot 123 behind Grange Road;
-destroying rural English village;
-negative impact for wildlife movement, air quality, environment;
-high flood risk Grange Road homes;
-development against Green Belt rules.
-the village would become a town split in 2 by Birmingham Rd. hard to accommodate the residents crossing the road and the traffic in same time.
