This location should be considered, not simply for employment use, alongside B1 and land between the two areas and around Warwick Parkway station as a New Town or similar 'planned community'. The Councils should consider how, if any, sites meet the new Grey Belt tests. The SA documentation needs to reflect this option and cumulative impacts. As a whole this intervention could deliver a significant amount of the SWLP 'to find' development/housing 'needs.' Both Hatton and Warwick Parkway are main line train stations to/from Birmingham and London.
