This location should obviously be considered together with SG13 and SG14, and potentially F2 and F3 as a New Town or similar 'planned community'. The SA documentation needs to reflect this option and cumulative impacts. As a whole this intervention could deliver at least half of the local plan 'to find' development/housing 'needs' for South Warwickshire to 2050.
