This area floods regularly with the 'salt road' (Knightcote Bottoms) sometimes becoming unsafe to use due to depth and speed of cross-flow. No rail access. M40 J12 possibly inadequate to support extra traffic. Greater traffic impact and road safety issues for all B and C roads currently serving the area. Traffic and road safety issues for all surrounding villages on access routes. Would be clerarly visible from Burton Dasset Country park and would have significant detrimental visual impact.
