This area is green belt land and is not connected to the existing conurbation of Leamington Spa. Neither is it served well with transport links or in close proximity to the rail station or highways. The existing schools in the region are also at capacity. After so much of our green belt land in the area has been destroyed by HS2, this would be yet another tragedy for the rural area. Sufficient capacity for growth can be sustained by the non green belt options on the plan.
