Wilmcote is an established heritage village with fragile heritage buildings in a Conservation area. The impact of a massive new build adjacent to the village would be catastrophic and undermining to the existing community, adding an urban sprawl ribbon engulfing our existing centres of Wilmcote, Pathlow and Bearley.
The resultant traffic congestion on entry/exit village (A3400) will hugely impact on all in employment (bottlenecks in Henley and Birmingham Rd in Stratford cannot be solved by road widening). The resultant loss of Green Belt with existing environment and eco systems will be irreparable. Strongly Object.
