• healthy, safe and inclusive south Warwickshire
2 miles of well used and valued footpaths, far higher proportion than the national average
• biodiverse and environmentally resilient area
• land is subject to flooding
• lack of schools, surgery
SG06 will not provide a sustainable location/ ‘20 minute neighbourhood’, trains 30-60 minute walk, nearest transport hub 1.5+ miles, all necessitating a car, adding to frustrating gridlock.
