The nearby section of the A45 has already subjected this area to significant traffic issues over the past couple of years. Currently Hockley Heath provides an alternative route when issues arise on the M40 section nearby - a higher density population in the event of an M40 issue would drastically increase the risk of traffic accidents and gridlock
