Traffic volumes for the highway network is already congested with no plan for resolution.
Sewage and drainage already over capacity
Environmental impacts to rural communities
Pollution impacts for existing residents
Emergency services already cannot cope with demands
Local hospitals already inundated with accident and emergency cases.
GP practices oversubscribed already
Waste collections already stretched.
To add another 1800 houses into an already struggling community would be grossly incompetent by Stratford Council
