As a resident of Hatton Green, I am writing to formally express my objection to the proposed development of B1, which includes site references ID 159 and 160, as outlined in the SWLP.

My primary concerns revolve around the potential impact on greenbelt land, increased traffic congestion, and the strain on local infrastructure.

I have attached a pdf giving a detailed explanation behind my reasoning.

I would also like it to be noted that the 6-week consultation period provided for public engagement on this proposal has not allowed sufficient time for thorough consideration and feedback.
