REF ID 193: Grove Lane, Ashow. This is a small village, circa 40 houses with a single road access to the development. A green belt area, that if developed would completely alter the visual impact. There is currently no mains sewage in the village, resulting in regular lorries attending to empty cesspits, we also have no mains gas, generally meaning regular deliveries of oil, again using lorries. Drainage is a concern, especially as there are a row of houses, below the level of the field highlighted for development. Additional traffic through the village to provide these services, passing listed buildings.
