This response is in 2 parts with regards to BW, Renewable Energy & Housing.
Renewable Energy: Specific to RefID 673. Global warming needs urgent action to reduce Co2 levels. Solar farms & alternative energy systems are paramount to achieving reductions. The location of 673 is south facing, ideal for solar farming & biodiversity of plants & wild life.
Housing: BW is unsuitable for the following reasons: Lack of Power, Water & Sewerage infrastructure. Poor road access. Flooding made worse to existing properties & roads as well as new developments. There will be a dramatic increase in air and noise pollution.
