This plan will ruin the conservation and cultural heritage of this historic village.
* increased traffic through village roads not designed for heavy usage affecting residents safety and historic building structures.
*removal of hedgerows will impact negatively and heavily on existing wildlife.
* area already identified as high risk for flooding and disturbance of land plus increased surface water run off and insufficient drainage systems will increase risk.
* The A3400 already has major congestion problems all year round. The road infrastructure will not cope with the increased traffic and commuters but will be extremely costly to upgrade.
