Development needs can be met without using Greenbelt land and this is demonstrated in your sustainability appraisal.
Without prohibitively expensive and significant public infrastructure investment, it does not meet the sustainability goal of being a 20 minute neighbourhood, especially when the major food shopping centres are south of the river Avon or in Warwick.
SG06 makes a vital and inarguable contribution to the 5 purposes of greenbelt in the highest possible way.
The Greenbelt review has been skewed by Bias and contradicts the previous planning officer's comments of 2017.
Inclusion is contrary to the aims of the SWLP and NPPF.
