This area provides an environment for people from all over the midlands to come and walk, cycle , run and visit the the various national trust properties, invaluable for mental health as witnessed especially during covid.
The area is susceptible to flooding , and on a positive provides a natural habitat for deer, badger, newts as well as nesting swans and migrating geese.
Additional residents will be forced to travel to warwick / solihull for schools and shopping, putting further stress on an already challenged road network.
This area needs protecting for the 1000's who visit annually
