Development of SG04 represents inappropriate development of greenbelt land. I can’t conceive of how removing greenbelt land in Kenilworth South supports your vision to create ‘a resilient and net zero carbon South Warwickshire’ which mitigates against climate harms. This would do the opposite of “Protect, enhance and manage biodiversity and geodiversity”. The increased traffic generation will be catastrophic on an already inadequate road capacity, highway safety, means of access and visibility and effects on pedestrians and cyclists will also all be significantly compromised. GP surgeries, schools and local hospitals all have insufficient capacity to support this level of development.
