While not ideal, B1 is far preferable to C1. Its proximity to Warwick Parkway Station and the A46 / A4177 would give better transport links than could be provided at Kingswood. Recent development to the east of the A4177 has already changed the character of the existing settlement so there is some logic in extending that trajectory as opposed to fresh start greenfield area.
