Existing road infrastructure inadequate to accommodate increased traffic. There is existing congestion due to traffic light juction Hampton Magna/A46 access/egress island peak commuting hours. Congestion exaberated with size of development. Increased congestion through parking in Hampton Magna causing (avoiding rail parking fees) disruption/ inconveinience to residents and reduced parking school pick up times. Parkway rail station inadequate parking to accommodate potential parking demand. Rat run traffic through Hampton on Hill and Magna increased congestion/jams - single carrigaeway from resident parking. Development near flood zones greater risk of wider flooding including surfave water.
