This development location is inappropriate given the lack of transport (public & road network) infrastructure in the area as well as the stress it would place on sparse local amenities such as doctors (Fenny Compton surgery); dentists (there aren't any already) and lack of shops. It would also significantly damage the view from the protected area of the Burton Dasset Country Park, as well as impacting on the cultural heritage of the area such as the Kimble Trust. I am also concerned about the impact the development would have on drainage and therefore the significant risk of flooding.
