I am really concerned about the proposed settlement at Bearley and Wilmcote for the following reasons:

Flood risk, Wilmcote already identified as high risk for flooding by SDC…. Further risks likely to villages downstream from the from run off from settlements
Road infrastructure is not suitable, already congestion on A46 and A3400 and this will get worse
Heritage and Conservation Area - Mary Ardens House, a sight of global and national interests will be damaged.
Mental wellbeing of locals and visitors to the area due to loss of green spaces
Loss of green belt
