This is in regards to Clopton Quarter.
The proposed plans are building on green belt land which was previously deemed unsuitable to build on.
The land itself floods so is not suitable to build on
The Birmingham Road is already congested for most of the day- this will surely only add to this. The air quality will also become worse.
A lot of local wildlife can be found on this land and surely the building will disrupt these habitats.
