G1 along with SG14, F2 and F3 creates a significant change to a very rural location. G1 will have significant detrimental impact to biodiversity, heritage sites & rural character. G1 is in very exposed location over looked by Burton Dassett Country Park, and all the views from it. G1 would be highly visible being in the Feldon Basin which also floods due to the basin rising/clay soil. No infrastructure, no railway, no integrated transport infrastructure. Itchington Holt Ancient woodland inhabitants will be severely impacted. G1 is practically on the boarder of Oxfordshire & Northamptonshire not close to towns & amenities.
