Education & Health - insufficient capacity to deal with large increase in population
Transport - busses are few and irregular. nearest train station in central redditch. Would lead to big increase in cars. Roundabout on border with Crabbs Cross already struggles with current capacity.
Character - Studley would consume Midtown. Becoming a town rather than a village.
Environment - visually would be a huge impact - instead of green fields would have huge development overlooking the village (as sits above the level of most of the rest of the village). Light and car pollution would increase. Loss of walking land.
