This development will have a significant detrimental impact to biodiversity heritage sites rural character, the local community of Southam and BI. There has already been considerable house building in this area. The site lacks all necessary infrastructure to support such a development.There is no railway and thus dependancy upon cars. This is not sustainable in this rural location as roads will be severely impacted as they are narrow country lanes.
