The proposed BW development, a New Settlement, without a centre bisected by the A3400 and therefore, not a community and the size proposed is out of proportion with surrounding area. Most congested route into Stratford.

Wilmcote is of historic, tourist and educational interest due to William Shakespeare and this will not compliment this.

Rural roads flood regularly, are damaged and not well maintained, narrow, unpaved and unsuitable for many vehicles. Rat runs exacerbated when issues on A46, M40, M42 & M5 will get worse.
