Concern over proposed plan primarily impact on schools and services in area. Existing poor service of public transport means more use of cars, at least 2 cars average on each family means thousands more cars which will have knock on affect to surrounding areas. Would need assurances as to how these plans will be addressed, for example space fo AT LEAST 2 cars per house/flat, increase public transport spending and better train link. Size is major concern, why can this not be spread over more area with leass housing on each site? The scale is what most object to.
