Developing this on green belt land is not necessary
There will be huge increase in vehicles on the Birmingham Road AND ALL surrounding villages
Obvious negative safety consequence for road users (inc' cyclists) and pedestrians
This will drive noise and air pollution in a VERY wide area, way beyond the proposal boundary
Large negative impact on the environmental beauty and diversity of the area
The Bearley station is has VERY limited service / use
Local utilities infrastructure is already strained
Schools, hospitals, doctors surgeries, dentists undersized
Likely unavoidable increase in flood risk in this and surrounding areas
