I formally object to the inclusion of the proposed New Settlement at B1 - Land at Hatton in the South Warwickshire Local Plan, as a resident of Hatton Park. My concerns include insufficient local amenities, such as schools, healthcare, and community services, which have not kept pace with existing developments. The anticipated increase in traffic will exacerbate congestion and pollution, while more housing will threaten local wildlife and increase flooding risks. I believe this development undermines the rural lifestyle valued by current residents and will negatively impact mental well-being.
