Public transport is inadequate, relying heavily on cars. Even if houses are affordable, running cars is not. The proposal threatens to destroy greenbelt land and ancient sites, negatively affecting wildlife. Additionally, the lack of interest from local landowners indicates a lack of support, suggesting the site fails to meet sustainability criteria.
