I wish to express my objections to the planned SG24 developments in Hockley Heath. Living in Webb Grove, I already experience high traffic and noise, particularly during peak times and when there are issues with M40/M42. It is dangerous to cross and added development would only make this worse.

The local infrastructure is already overstretched, affecting schools, health services, and transport. Additionally, flooding is a common issue, worsened by building impermeable surfaces. These plans contradict Solihull MBC’s local policies, which advocate for small developments. Protecting greenbelt land is crucial for biodiversity and maintaining the rural character of Hockley Heath.
