The planned development will destroy the current rural feel to the area. The roads would also struggle to cope with the increased level of use causing more traffic jams. The local services would not be able to cope with the increased number of residents. Doctors and schools would be overloaded. The local wildlife would also be effected and they would be displaced to smaller areas reducing their population. The local drainage already suffers and with increased levels of residents the local sewerage would not cope.
