This is Green Belt area and should remain so. The urban sprawl of South Leamington is likely to be replicated here. Vital animal habitats and farmland would be damaged or completely destroyed. Trees, so important for our survival, would be lost, and this area has seen enough of that with HS2 destruction.
The landscape changed. Areas of natural beauty and green spaces lost.
Old Milverton Lane/Sandy Lane is a narrow, country road, so would presumably need to be widened. More roads to be closed presumably.
Local schools may well need to be expanded. More building?
