As expressed in comments on Green belt, habitat and Infrastructure. There are many reasons why SG24 is not suitable to be included in the plan. The A3400 is alternative route for motorway traffic there is no more capacity. Solihull local plan has already concluded that only small developments are suitable so the the village can maintain it's character. The biodiversity found in the woodland and other areas would be lost. Flooding is a major problem on the A3400 as shown via the video link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UY1WIvPXa64.
