The required houses should be built on non Green Belt land. The Green Belt land which makes up SG04 prevents the merging of Kenilworth with Leek Wootton and the resulting urban sprawl.
The roads surrounding SG04 are already very busy.
The development of SG04 would have a negative effect on the setting of Kenilworth Castle
