Shipston sits in a high risk flood area and some of the new devopments sit in flood zones 2&3.
Increase in development will increase this risk and cause wider flooding areas.
Sewerage system over capacity - there is no further capacity.
Shipston is built on clay - no evidence that this is taken into account.
