Will
-defeat objective of New Settlements and form "collar" round SE of Stratford, decimating remaining wildlife,
- residents will have to travel through town to access employment causing more traffic /pollution.
-cause Tiddington /Alveston to coalesce into Stratford, losing separate identities.
-road infrastructure will not cope causing more congestion in town/south of river;
-new relief road and river crossing between Tiddington /Alveston, would be intrusive, require large expensive structure across flood plain and impact on both villages (a bypass and river crossing to west of Stratford would be less intrusive and link directly to A46 and strategic road network).
