The green belt between Kenilworth and Leek Wootton must be maintained. This site is an inappropriate expansion and development obscuring the margins between settlements. The visual impact of more homes in this area would destroy the character of both Kenilworth and Leek Wootton.

Additional traffic would over burden an already busy highway.

Public services I.e. water, electricity and drainage would prove insufficient.

This is currently productive agricultural land
