Current drainage system for waste and sewage is outdated and needs replacing as it cannot cope with the climate change and modern living standards. Adding more housing to this will result in more flooding in Henley. Which has suffered badly in last 2years.
More traffic in area - Henley can’t cope as it is. Especially when m40 gets diverted through Henley.
No where to a relief road to be built.
Doctors - will be become over stretched
School - schooling spaces aren’t sufficient.
Electricity- more strain on this service. Henley already suffers from power cuts!
