I oppose any further development in and around Wellesbourne, Charlote and Barford, particularly in Wellesbourne, for several reasons. Stratford DC is already exceeding its housing targets, and additional development would harm the rural character of the area and the environment. Transport links are overstretched, with busy roads and inadequate traffic management, especially during school times. Furthermore, Wellesbourne lacks sufficient facilities for residents, with an oversubscribed primary school and a medical centre that cannot accommodate a population increase. It is irresponsible to allow more housing without improving essential services.
