The land proposed is green belt and as such should not be used for development. The current road infrastructure will not be able to cope with the extra volume of traffic generated by additional residential homes. The area is know for its rural feel and lovely landscape. This would be destroyed and the character of the area would completely change. The local school and doctors surgery will not be able to cope with additional numbers that would be created by the development.
