Highly visible from local landscape, including Public Rights of Way which connect Stratford to countryside. Detrimental loss of hedgerows and vital habitats.
Joins with Clopton House Meadow Local Nature Reserve and in close proximity to Welcombe Hills. These areas are integral to local wildlife corridor and green infrastructure, critical habitats for protected priority species.
Further pressure on Air Quality .
Sits within Flood Zones 2 /3, recent development has caused drainage/flooding issues at
residential sites. Further development will worsen drainage issues, resulting in worse flooding to area.
