Any assessment of the land in question being identified as a site fit for development is seriously flawed on both legal and planning guidance issues. The topography of the land in question means the development would in direct conflict with the LA policy on landscaping, nature and heritage conservation. A site of this magnitude will result in insurmountable infrastructure problems which will not only ruin both Bearley and Wilmcote but also the historic town of Stratford upon Avon to a point where it no longer becomes a destination of choice Worldwide. This development is therefore ill-considered and not sustainable.
