I oppose this development as it will disrupt purpose-built landscaped areas, including trees and hedges that are integral to the green belt. Continuously removing land from the green belt to meet sustainability targets is both unsustainable and counterproductive. This project will also compromise our privacy, with homes being overlooked, natural light reduced, and increased noise and odors affecting residents. Furthermore, previous water and sewerage issues at the Hampton Trove site indicate that further construction would only worsen these existing problems.
