Loss of greenbelt, displacement of wild life that are already in danger.
Ancient Hedgerows/ trees lost for ever.
Strain on our already outdated/unable to cope water/sewage systems.
Our right to light to be replaced by a concrete jungle.
Roads in and out Stratford cant cope with the volume of traffic, with out adding at least another 6000+ cars.
A3400 a major road in and out of Stratford its fast flowing and very dangerous to cross ( one death) this raises safety concerns.
Increased flood risks: flooding in and around the village from run off water, this will only get worse.
