Location SG06 should not be used for housing as good agricultural land would be lost. It should be noted that the Local Plan indicates that it is possible to meet housing requirements without using green belt and agricultural land in Location SG06. Also Location SG06 is remote from the centre of Leamington and it would not be possible to walk there. Location SG06 satisfies the five purposes for Green Belt land and the location has a lot of wildlife and the area is regularly used by walkers. The local road network is not suitable for additional traffic generated by housing.
