I wholeheartedly object to this proposed settlement. Having grown up in Bearley the suggestion that is had a Trainline is misleading and the A3400 is not suitable for the traffic that 6700 homes (15000 cars) would generate. The lack of facilities and infrastructure is another major concern and makes this an unsuitable location. The surrounding towns are not capable of taking the number of people for schooling, healthcare, shopping or leisure facilities.
